Therefore make sure you do a little research into the gym before you sign up. Maybe have a taster lesson to check the club out and see what facilities they have to offer. Make sure you get your money’s worth and if you pay for an hour make sure you get a whole hour.
Most of all don’t sign up for a long contract if you don’t have to. If the club offers a monthly or weekly contract maybe go with that option first, then once you are settled in you can opt for the more economical yearly package.
